Living in Verbleu
The ‘Wonen in Verbleu’ new-build project forms part of the Groot Nooten sub-area within the Warande new-build estate in Lelystad. The homes are being built on Torenvalktocht, between Elzenpark and the future Esdoornpark. The natural area connecting the two park woodlands forms the green heart of Groot Nooten. ‘Wonen in Verbleu’ comprises a total of 25 new-build homes, terraced houses and various semi-detached houses, including semi-detached houses designed for all stages of life.
Almost all the homes in the Wonen in Verbleu development have been sold, with the exception of one lifetime-proof home. The first homes are expected to be completed around the summer of 2026.
