Construction of De Notentuin is progressing well

In the Klein Nooten section of Warande, Verwelius Development B.V. is building a total of 62 homes in the De Notentuin plan. These are terraced houses, semi-detached houses and detached houses. Construction of the first phase of 36 homes is progressing well. The delivery of the first homes is scheduled for the summer of 2025.

In a very short time, a whole new neighbourhood has been built in Warande: Klein Nooten. Where previously there was still wasteland to be seen, a beautiful little neighbourhood has now emerged. Construction will continue in several places in the coming period, but phase 1 of De Notentuin is almost complete. The first houses will be completed in the summer, which means the first residents will soon be able to move in.

Construction of phase 2 is also in full swing and progressing nicely

If all goes as planned, phase 2 homes will be completed in autumn 2025. There are still 6 semi-detached houses and 4 detached houses available on Torenvalktocht - so there is still a choice!

Nature is central in De Notentuin. The neighbourhood is bordered by the water of the Kestrel Creek and the Maple Park in Warande. De Notentuin exudes a small-scale, village atmosphere. The buildings have a contemporary, high-quality rural architectural style and the homes are sustainable and energy-efficient.
