Building a green living space together in Warande

The CPO project at Alder is becoming more concrete and taking its final shape. In a pleasant cooperation between the Association CPO de Elzen, the municipality of Lelystad and Bouwbedrijf C.L. Hof with the Regiegroep CPO's Flevoland as the connecting link, a beautiful and distinctive plan has been created.

Lots of attention for green living environment

The project comprises a total of 15 homes: 13 detached houses and one semi-detached house. The plan is distinguished not only by the variation in homes, but also by the strong focus on the green living environment. The jointly designed green plan forms the binding basis of the project and seamlessly links up with the green qualities devised for the residential and living environment of Warande.

Cheque to support the project

Rabobank is also enthusiastically involved and supports the project financially. They recently presented a cheque for €5,000, to the CPO De Elzen Association (see photo) in support of this initiative.

Steps are being taken

Meanwhile, important steps have been taken in the realisation of the project. Recently, the final designs were approved by the municipality. The first purchase and building agreements with the participants have been signed and others will follow soon. As a result, the environmental permit(s) can now also be applied for by Bouwbedrijf C.L. Hof for the actual construction of the homes.

Work is currently underway on behalf of the municipality to prepare the land for construction. Once the environmental permits have been issued and the land is ready for building, construction of the homes will start as soon as possible.

One house left

Within the CPO project, there is not only room for detached houses: people who want to move on to a semi-detached house have also been considered. And in perhaps one of the most beautiful residential areas in Warande. For this last semi-detached plot, there is still one place available for a new participant. Interested parties who want to help build this special residential project can still apply for this last chance.
