New building project Stationsdeef/De Veste contributes to growth Lelystad

| | |

Lelystad is growing. The city's ambition is to grow to 120,000 inhabitants by 2030. This requires not only new housing, but also associated facilities, such as schools, healthcare and a good infrastructure. Residents will increasingly notice building developments in the city in the coming years. From small-scale projects in existing neighbourhoods to the realisation of completely new residential areas.

A good example of this is the development of the Stationsdreef/De Veste plan. After an extensive tender procedure, the municipality awarded the plan to ReadyforLiving, whose design emerged as the best in the selection. This means that 48 new flats will be built at this central location in the city. To make construction possible, the purchase-realisation agreement was recently concluded between the municipality and Livinginpionier BV, the developer of the project. Construction is scheduled to start in mid-2025.

On Tuesday 11 November 2025, the first pile will be driven by alderman Dennis Grimbergen. ReadyforLiving will then take over and bring the project with 48 owner-occupied flats to a beautiful result. Want to know more about De Pionier? You can do so at here.
