Construction of new housing project 'Living in Verbleu' starts soon

Preparations for the construction work of 25 new-build homes in the Living in Verbleu project at Groot Nooten in Warande are in full swing. In the first week of July, developer Van der Steeg will start the preparatory work before pile driving can begin. A celebration with the new residents is expected to take place a few weeks later, after the construction period. As soon as more is known, you will be informed.

The project, comprising 9 terraced houses, 10 semi-detached houses and 6 life-proof semi-detached houses, is the latest project-based development in Groot Nooten. The homes will be located on Torenvalktocht between Alder Park and the future Maple Park. Some of the houses have a view of the park and some face the Torenvalktocht, so that you literally live between the water and greenery. Almost all the homes of Living in Verbleu have been sold, except for 1 life-proof home. The first homes are expected to be delivered before the summer of 2026.
